Del 21 al 23 de marzo en Bruselas, Bélgica, tuvo lugar el Brussels Forum organizado por el German Marshall Fund. Al mismo asistió el Presidente de CRIES, Andrés Serbin, quien participo en un panel sobre América Latina. En el panel también estuvieron presentes Diego Cánepa (Prosecretario de la Oficina de la Presidencia de Uruguay), Andrés Rozental (Senior Fellow del Brookings Institute) y como moderador Christian Leffler (European External Action Service).

The Brussels Forum, organized by the German Marshall Fund took place in Brussel, Belgium, from the 21st to the 23rd of march. Andrés Serbin, President of CRIES, participated in the event in a panel on Latin America.
